Resilience and Collaboration at Work:
Enhancing relationships to improve workplace satisfaction, productivity & patient care

The Centre for Practitioner Renewal (CPR) is pleased to announce a new fall lecture series: Resilience and Collaboration at Work: Enhancing relationships to improve workplace satisfaction, productivity and patient care. This series consists of 5 lunch-hour sessions which will be held over the fall. Each session will consist of a brief didactic portion that will be followed by an opportunity to work through genuine experiences. Based on interest and participant feedback, sessions may be repeated and expanded in the future. Future sessions may also be targeted to specific disciplines and practice areas.

Experiencing fulfilling workplace relationships are important to our satisfaction and engagement at work. The goal of this series is to help staff make the most of their workplace relationships in order to increase workplace satisfaction and productivity. Attending to workplace collaboration leads to high-level patient care and enhanced resilience among staff.
